Chapter 5
5And—I—saw—on—the—right—hand—of—him—who—sat—on—the—throne—a—scroll—written—within—and—on—the—back,—sealed—with—seven—seals.—
2And—I—saw—a—strong—messenger—proclaiming—with—a—great—voice,—Who—is—worthy—to—open—the—scroll—and—to—release—the—seals—thereof?—
3And—none—in—heaven,—nor—on—earth,—neither—under—the—earth,—was—able—to—open—the—scroll,—neither—to—look—into—it.—
4And—I—wept—much,—because—none—was—found—worthy—to—open—the—scroll,—neither—to—look—into—it.—
5And—one—of—the—elders—saidⁿ—unto—me,—Weep—not:—behold,—the—Lion—of—the—tribe—of—Judah,—the—Root—of—David,—has—overcome—so—as—to—open—the—scroll—and—the—seven—seals—thereof.—
6And—I—saw,—in—the—midst—of—the—throne—and—of—the—four—creatures—and—in—the—midst—of—the—elders,—a—Lamb—standing—as—if—slain,—having—seven—horns—and—seven—eyes,—which—are—the—[seven]—Spirits—of—God—sent—into—all—the—earth.—
7And—he—came—and—took—out—of—the—right—hand—of—him—who—sat—on—the—throne.—
8And—when—he—took—the—scroll,—the—four—creatures—and—the—twenty—four—elders—fell—before—the—Lamb,—having—each—one—a—harp—and—golden—vials—full—of—incense,—which—are—the—prayers—of—the—saintsⁱ.—
9And—they—sangⁿ—a—new—song,—saying,—Worthy—are—you—to—take—the—scroll—and—to—open—the—seals—thereof:—for—you—were—slain—and—bought—[–/us]—unto—God—by—your—blood—out—of—every—tribe,—and—tongue,—and—people,—and—nation;—
10and—have—made—them—[–/unto—our—God]—a—kingdom—and—priests,—and—they—[shall—reign/reign]—on—the—earth.—
11And—I—saw,—and—I—heard—a—voice—of—many—messengers—round—about—the—throne—and—the—creatures—and—the—elders,—and—the—number—of—them—was—ten—thousand—times—ten—thousand,—and—thousands—of—thousands;—
12saying—with—a—great—voice,—Worthy—is—the—Lamb—who—was—slain—to—receive—the—might,—and—riches,—and—wisdom,—and—strength,—and—honor,—and—glory,—and—blessing.—
13And—every—created—thing—which—is—in—heaven,—and—on—the—earth,—[and—under—the—earth,]—and—[in/on]—the—sea,—and—all—that—are—in—them,—heard—I—saying,—Unto—him—who—sits—on—the—throne—and—unto—the—Lamb—be—the—blessing,—and—the—honor,—and—the—glory,—and—the—dominion—unto—the—ages—of—the—ages.—
14And—the—four—creatures—said,—Amen.—And—the—elders—fell—and—worshipped.—
