Chapter 11
11And—there—was—given—me—a—reed—like—a—rod,—saying,—Rise,—and—measure—the—temple—of—God,—and—the—altar,—and—those—who—worship—therein.—
2And—the—court—which—is—outside—the—temple—leave—outside—and—measure—it—not;—for—it—has—been—given—unto—the—nations,—and—the—holy—city—shall—they—[tread/measure]—forty—[and]—two—months.—
3And—I—will—give—unto—my—two—witnesses,—and—they—shall—prophesy—a—thousand—two—hundred—sixty—days,—clothed—in—sackcloth.—
4These—are—the—two—olive—trees—and—the—two—lampstands—standing—before—the—Lord—of—the—earth.—
5And—if—any—man—desires—to—hurt—them,—fire—proceeds—out—of—their—mouth—and—devours—their—enemies;—and—if—any—man—should—desire—to—hurt—them,—so—must—he—be—killed.—
6These—have—the—power—to—shut—heaven,—that—no—rain—may—fallᵇ—during—the—days—of—their—prophecy,—and—have—power—over—waters—to—turn—them—to—blood—and—to—smite—the—earth—with—every—plague,—as—often—as—they—desire.—
7And—when—they—shall—have—finished—their—testimony,—the—beast,—[the—fourth],—that—ascends—out—of—the—bottomless—pit—shall—make—war—with—them,—and—shall—overcome—them,—and—kill—them.—
8And—their—dead—body—shall—lie—on—the—street—of—the—great—city—that—spiritually—is—called—Sodom—and—Egypt,—where—also—their—Lord—was—crucified.—
9And—they—of—the—peoples—and—tribes—and—tongues—and—nations—see—their—dead—body—three—days—and—a—half,—and—do—not—allowˡ—their—dead—bodies—to—be—placed—in—a—tomb.—
10And—those—who—dwell—on—the—earth—rejoice—over—them—and—are—glad,—and—shall—send—gifts—one—to—another;—because—these—two—prophets—tormented—those—who—dwell—on—the—earth.—
11And—after—the—three—days—and—a—half—the—Spirit—of—life—from—God—entered—into—them,—and—they—stood—on—their—feet;—and—great—fear—fell—on—those—who—gazed—upon—them.—
12And—they—heard—a—great—voice—out—of—heaven—saying—unto—them,—Ascend—here.—And—they—ascended—to—heaven—in—the—cloud;—and—their—enemies—gazed—upon—them.—
13And—in—that—hour—there—was—a—great—earthquake,—and—the—tenth—part—of—the—city—fell,—and—there—were—killed—in—the—earthquake—seven—thousand—names—of—men,—and—the—restʳ—became—fearful—and—gave—glory—unto—the—God—of—heaven.—
14The—second—woe—has—passed;—behold,—the—third—woe—comes—quickly.—
15And—the—seventh—messenger—blew;—and—there—were—great—voices—in—heaven,—saying,—The—kingdom—of—the—world—has—become—the—kingdom—of—our—Lord—and—of—his—Christ;—and—he—shall—reign—unto—the—ages—of—the—ages.—
16And—the—twenty—four—elders,—who—sat—before—God—on—their—thrones,—fell—on—their—faces—and—worshipped—God,—
17saying,—We—give—you—thanks,—O—Lord—the—God—the—Almighty,—who—is—and—who—was;—because—you—have—taken—your—great—might,—and—you—reign.—
18And—the—nations—were—enraged,—and—your—wrath—has—come,—and—the—time—of—the—dead,—to—be—judged,—and—to—give—the—reward—unto—your—bond-servants—the—prophets,—and—unto—the—saintsⁱ,—and—to—those—who—fear—your—name,—the—small—and—the—great;—and—to—destroy—them—who—destroy—the—earth.—
19And—the—temple—of—God—which—is—in—heaven—was—opened,—and—there—was—seen—in—his—temple—the—ark—of—his—testament,—and—there—were—lightnings,—and—voices,—and—thunders,—and—an—earthquake,—and—great—hail.—
