14AndIlooked,and,lo,aLambstoodonthemountZion,andwithhimanhundredfortyandfourthousand,havinghisnameandthenameoftheFatherwrittenintheirforeheads.
2AndIheardavoicefromheaven,asthevoiceofmanywaters,andasthevoiceofagreatthunder:andthevoiceIheardwas[like]harpersharpingwiththeirharps:
3Andtheysung[asitwere]anewsongbeforethethrone,andbeforethefourbeasts,andtheelders:andnonecouldlearnthatsongbutthehundredandfortyandfourthousand,whowereredeemedfromtheearth.
4Thesearethosewhowerenotdefiledwithwomen;fortheyarevirgins.ThesearetheywhofollowtheLambwhereverhegoes.Thesewereredeemedfromamongmen,beingthefirstfruitsuntoGodandtotheLamb.
5Andintheirmouthwasfoundnoguile:fortheyarewithoutfaultbeforethethroneofGod.
6AndIsawanothermessengerflyinthemidstofheaven,havingtheeverlastinggospeltoproclaimuntothosewhodwellontheearth,andtoeverynation,andkindred,andtongue,andpeople,
7Sayingwithagreatvoice,FearGod,andgiveglorytohim;forthehourofhisjudgmentiscome:andworshiphimwhomadeheaven,andearth,andthesea,andthefountainsofwaters.
8Andanothermessenger,asecond,saying,isfallen,isfallenBabylonthegreat,shewhomadeallnationsdrinkofthewineofthewrathofherfornication.
9Andanothermessenger,athird,followedthem,sayingwithagreatvoice,Ifanymanworshipthebeastandhisimage,andreceivehismarkinhisforehead,orinhishand,
10ThesameshalldrinkofthewineofthewrathofGod,whichispouredoutwithoutmixtureintothecupofhisindignation;andheshallbetormentedwithfireandbrimstoneinthepresenceoftheholymessengers,andinthepresenceoftheLamb:
11Andthesmokeoftheirtormentascendsupforeverandever:andtheyhavenorestdaynornight,whoworshipthebeastandhisimage,andwhosoeverreceivesthemarkofhisname.
12Hereisthepatienceofthesaints:herearetheywhokeepthecommandmentsofGod,andthefaithofJesus.
13AndIheardavoicefromheavensayinguntome,Write,BlessedarethedeadwhodieintheLordfromhenceforth:Yea,saystheSpirit,thattheymayrestfromtheirlabours;andtheirworksdofollowthem.
14AndIlooked,andbeholdawhitecloud,anduponthecloudonesatlikeuntotheSonofman,havingonhisheadagoldencrown,andinhishandasharpsickle.
15Andanothermessengercameoutofthetemple,cryingwithagreatvoicetohimwhosatonthecloud,Thrustinthysickle,andreap:forthehouriscomeforyoutoreap;fortheharvestoftheearthisripe.
16Andhewhosatonthecloudthrustinhissickleontheearth;andtheearthwasreaped.
17Andanothermessengercameoutofthetemplewhichisinheaven,healsohavingasharpsickle.
18Andanothermessengercameoutfromthealtar,whohaspoweroverfire;andcriedwithagreatcrytohimwhohadthesharpsickle,saying,Thrustinthysharpsickle,andgathertheclustersofthevineoftheearth;forhergrapesarefullyripe.
19Andthemessengerthrustinhissickleintotheearth,andgatheredthevineoftheearth,andcastitintothegreatwinepressofthewrathofGod.
20Andthewinepresswastroddenoutsidethecity,andbloodcameoutofthewinepress,evenuntothehorsebridles,bythespaceofathousandandsixhundredfurlongs.
